We record the identity of interested parties. Our house is obliged to establish the identity of buyers, as well as sellers, by presenting an official
identification document. We explicitly provide all sellers with the relevant information and advice.
For us, service begins with advice!
We take care of the procurement of all necessary documents that are essential for the sale, such as land register excerpts and
the energy certificate. We take care of the sales process, contract preparations and contract review.
Of course, we are authorised to issue energy performance certificates.

- Purchase & sale of house / flat:
Recording of the property, through personal inspection, recording of all relevant data, preparation of pictures. - Purchase & sale of land:
Checking the development potential of undeveloped land, obtaining information on utility providers - Surveying the property and drawing up floor plans if there are no floor plans or no dimensioned floor plans.
- Object evaluation, if desired
- Preparation of the calculation to determine the actual living and usable areas, as well as the enclosed space
- Review of existing property documents - obtaining a current extract from the land register, cadastral map, building archive, etc.
- Creation of exposé
- Obtaining preliminary cost estimates for mandatory measures on the property for calculation for prospective buyers
- Required or planned construction measures are checked by our site manager
- Publication on different platforms
- Conducting the inspections and the negotiation talks
- Preparation of the property documents for the buyer bank
- Preparation of the notarial purchase contracts
- Handling of the transfer of the property and subsequent support of the seller and the buyer until the change of ownership has been fully completed.
